As a mobile notary, I come directly to you. We can meet at your residence or a public place that is convenient for you.

• Notarization (per signature)- $5.00

• Travel Fee- $60 (up to 30 miles), $10 for each additional 10 miles

• After-Hours Fee- (8p-7a) -$50

*Travel and after-hours fees are in additional to notarization fees

Non-attorney notaries, prohibited acts.—A notary who is not an attorney shall not assist another person in drafting, completing, selecting, or understanding a document or transaction requiring a notarial act. A notary does not have the authority to prepare legal documents. All documents presented to a notary for notarization should have the correct form of notary certificate on them. A notary’s duty is to perform the notarial act and complete the notarial certificate.
